DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a client facing MSP and/or previous staffing and consulting services experience. This position requires a strong customer service orientation and passion for integrity, accuracy, and ethics in all interactions with stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include:

Oversee the overall management and strategic direction of the contingent workforce MSP program.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Manage relationships with staffing agencies and other vendors, ensuring compliance with contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs).

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the contingent workforce program, including identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and program enhancements.

Negotiate and manage contracts with staffing agencies and other vendors, ensuring competitive rates and favorable terms.

Monitor program performance metrics, such as fill rates, time-to-fill, quality of candidates, and vendor performance, and take corrective actions as needed.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including labor laws, employment taxes, and worker classification. Mitigate program risks and implement appropriate controls.

Manage program budget, track expenses, and optimize cost-effectiveness of the contingent workforce program.

Prepare and present regular reports on program performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), program metrics, and financial analysis.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, Procurement, and Finance, to align program goals and objectives with broader organizational strategies.

Identify opportunities for program expansion, including additional client accounts or expansion into new regions or business units.

Lead and manage a team responsible for program administration, vendor management, and other program-related activities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, seeking opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall program effectiveness.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to contingent workforce management.

Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, hiring managers, and other program stakeholders, to promote program success and drive engagement.
QUALIFCATIONS:

Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite

Prior experience utilizing a Vendor Management System (VMS)

Experience with PowerBI

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness in handling challenging situations within a fast-paced environment

Exemplary organizational and prioritization skills

Proficient in negotiation techniques to achieve mutually beneficial business outcomes
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Communications or Information Technology
